Once a unit is received for service, it is immediately entered into the Repair / Overhaul tracking system. From this point, unit status is tracked through each process at Harter Aerospace and status reports are supplied to customers. Customized status reports are available at anytime to provide customers with full visibility of their components in house.
By utilizing only the most current computerized tracking systems and information systems, Harter provides valuable customer reporting and updates.
